1xber does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. These fees are set by the payment provider, not by 1xber. Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment method you used for your deposit. If you deposited via online payment, your withdrawal will return to your e-wallet account. Check your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing to understand any costs that may apply.
Withdrawal requests on 1xber are reviewed during standard banking hours. Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) may take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing schedule and cutoff times. Withdrawals requested during holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek may experience delays due to banking closures. We do not guarantee specific withdrawal times. Once your withdrawal is approved and sent to your payment provider, any further delays are handled by your bank or payment provider, not by 1xber.
